I began my career fresh out of school at 16 making wooden furniture frames. After doing this for a few years I re-trained as a upholsterer through a working role, this taught me many traditional and modern upholstery techniques using a wide selection of materials.

 

I worked for a company called Coopers for 12 years which was based in Southend. After this I became self employed and have since worked for myself as well as a variety of companies that restore old furniture.
